Product Overview
MBx-ES32S31 combines an Espressif ESP32-S31 dual-core RISC-V processor with 16 MB PSRAM and 16 MB NOR Flash in a compact 100 × 72 mm Pico-ITX board. Running FreeRTOS with LVGL, it provides a platform for real-time control, multi-screen touch interfaces and multilingual menus in smart appliance panels, home controls and compact equipment.
Display and touch connectors support a 3.5-inch 320 × 480 touch panel. A DVP camera interface enables image capture and visual records of fixture test results, while two digital microphone inputs, one analog microphone input and a 1 W speaker output support audio input and playback. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, UART, Micro SD and dedicated USB HS and debug ports simplify peripheral integration.
For production test fixtures, FusionTech can customize test workflows, peripheral integration and LVGL UI/UX around product test requirements, helping operators execute test steps and review results with less manual adjustment. The PK300-ES31 evaluation kit integrates a 3.5-inch touch panel to support application development and evaluation. E-paper applications are also possible with compatible display interfaces and driver integration.
